Elizabeth Gichuki

Elizabeth holds a degree in Information management and currently working on her postgraduate studies in development. She is currently an information manager at the British Council Nairobi with responsibilities of the East Africa region. Prior to her posting in Nairobi, Elizabeth worked with the British Council in Mombasa. She is an avid community mobilizer and gives most of her free time to philanthropic work. Elizabeth has been a board member of SINAM for the last six years and has been of the most resourceful and dedicated members. Her concern for the well being of the less fortunate has seen her make great sacrifices on behalf of SINAM. She was the brain behind SINAM’s resource centre in Mombasa which became a critical facility for the youth and college students in the city. She is keen on re-establishing a similar programme for the western Kenya project and plans to engage more experts in this endeavour.
