Austine has a Diploma in information management technology from Jaramogi Oginga Odinga University Bondo. He has been a regular volunteer with SINAM for the last three years mainly assisting with work at the New Centre, in Western Kenya. He has taken a course in computer operations which he applies in the database system management at SINAM’s resource centre.
